I presented the educational webinar, “Getting Up to Speed with Federal Clients: How to Land the Job and Succeed in this Sector,” in March 2024. The event was open to the public and sponsored by the Washington, DC-Baltimore Chapter of the Society for Technical Communication.

I shared best practices and lessons learned from my work with diverse federal clients. I also walked attendees through case studies and sample job announcements relevant to technical communicators.
