Writer, Editor, Workshop Leader Overview
I am a writer, editor, and writing workshop leader with over 20 years of business writing experience. I helped every client explain complex information to general readers. From leaders to lawyers to lab engineers, I wrote about diverse topics, including science, technology, and aviation, for international audiences.
Now, when I’m not writing for my projects, I offer customized online or in-person writing workshops. These short, interactive sessions help businesses or individuals enhance skills or increase creativity.
I also encourage other writers with tips I have learned during my journey. My basic philosophy is: Don’t let age, illness, or fear distract you. Pursue creative joy. You can read more about these techniques on my Writing and Editing Life blog.
For information about my latest publication, please read 10 Little Rules When Good Jobs Go Bad. It’s a fun self-help guide on managing eventual change in every job and pivoting when things don’t go as planned. Published by 10 Little Rules Publishing, you can view upcoming and recent events, including book signings. Each chapter includes tips and advice on how to pivot in your career and your life. Then, readers review the list of journal questions to write their own rules for success. Download FREE sample journal prompts here (PDF).
